Asus announced the purchase of the ROG Phone 8 in Brazil, with prices that come to R$9,999 (Pro version of 16 GB of RAM). The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 gaming smartphone chip — or Qualcomm's latest — is made up of 165Hz refresh rates and a response system like this.
The device was announced January of 2024 and now, four months later, on the national market. On the other hand, Asus finds two versions of more device cars for Brazil.
- The ROG Phone 8 Pro includes 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of weaponry. The suggested price is R$9,999.
- The ROG Phone 8 Pro Edition includes 24 GB of RAM and 1 TB of armament, as well as a cooler with AeroActive Cooler X. The price is suggested at R$ 11,999.
The devices are already sent for commercial purposes official loja by Asus, which offers 10% off Pix or in packages up to 12 times a month.
The base ROG Phone 8 is not available in Brazil. There are 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of armament. Another difference for the larger versions is that they have an RGB logo on the exterior, while the Pro versions contain LED matrix displays in my space.
Asus ROG Phone 8 is the closest to the “comum” flagship
The ROG Phone 8 marks an approximation of the line with common smartphone features from top to bottom, but it has been removed from its previous features.
This is a slow telephoto lens, with 3x optical zoom. It replaces the earlier macro shooting camera. So the device practically has a triple configuration (main, ultra-wide and zoom) of a Galaxy S24 or an iPhone 15 Pro, for example.
The design is also more elegant. O ROG Phone 8 but fino and level than version 7. The thickness goes from 10.49mm to 8.9mm, while the weight is reduced from 239g to 225g.
