Boston Dynamics has released a research video for the Atlas hydraulic robot. In recent years, the model has become a biped, human-like, and has impressive (and many times proven) abilities, such as running and parkour.
The racing video shows the best moments of the machine, as it balances the boladas, with a Voltinha no forest, carry boxes, I play in cambalhotas and I dance. Nem always know everything like the plan – a compilation of moments worthy of videocassettes, with tombstones and accompaniments.
Atlas robot technology is ultrapassada
Boston Dynamics has no further information on what will happen next in the bipedal robot camp. This is why the announcement reveals that the Atlas is a robot with hydraulic mechanisms, to support that the company will develop this working technology.
A Spectrum notice that the description of the video is “everything we discovered about the Atlas platform recently”. It is possible that the model will continue in a new version.
As explained in the review, hydraulic robots can feature fluid pipes, and they have Boston Dynamics for fully electric products, like the Quadruped spot. On the other hand, because I bought a Hyundai, in 2021, the company gave me special attention to the commercial part.
The Atlas was developed by Boston Dynamics during the United States Department of Defense and introduced to the public in July 2013. It is based on an earlier model from the company, known as the Petman, and was initially designed for search and recovery rates.
According to the technical specifications, the robot has an altitude of 1.50 m, weighing 85 kg. To work, use batteries and RGB cameras and deep sensors to perceive the world at redness. Three onboard computers use the calculations to run the pricing.
Boston Dynamics was born at MIT and became an independent company in 1992. In 2013, it purchased Google X, Google's experimental research division. After, passou for SoftBank in 2017 it was added to Hyundai's months in 2021.
