Netflix, Prime Video and more: Senate approves list of national streaming products

The cost of national productions will be valid for platforms with an annual gross investment greater than R$96 million, which will be taxed by Ancine. The cost will be defined in accordance with the quantity of objects available in the platform catalog.

  • More than 2 million works: no minimum, 100 Brazilian products
  • More than 3 million works: no minimum, 150 Brazilian productions
  • More than 4 million works: no minimum, 200 Brazilian productions
