Kacey Musgraves revealed she suffered a wardrobe malfunction during her appearance on “Saturday Night Live.”
The country singer taken at (formerly known as Twitter) on Sunday to point out that she forgot to remove a clip from her hair before going on stage with actress Sydney Sweeney over the weekend.
She reposted a photo of herself during the closing credits of the comedy series, wearing a long denim dress with a thigh-high slit and knee-high boots. She accessorized her look with a white clip to pin up her straight hair.
While the clip seemed to be part of Musgraves' look, she seemed horrified by the oversight, writing: “The clip. I forgot to remove the clip.
Musgraves' stylist apparently left the clip in the Grammy winner's hair as she rushed on stage to thank viewers for watching the show alongside Sweeney, 26, and guest star Glen Powell.
It wasn't until the singer turned her body to hug the “Euphoria” star that she noticed a minor wardrobe malfunction.
However, Musgraves, 35, was reassured by fans that she had nothing to worry about.
“Looks good on you, girl,” one wrote.
“Girl, I thought this was helpful, keep it up!” another intervened.
“Aww, I thought it was on purpose lol, well you looked (and sounded) fabulous anyway,” chimed in a third.
Musgraves made her “SNL” debut Saturday when she performed her hits “Deeper Well” and “Too Good to be True.”
The “Follow Your Arrow” singer is currently gearing up to release her album “Deeper Well” on March 15, recently saying her new work would mark a new era for her music.
“This new album is an honest excavation of my own transformation over the past few years,” the songwriter wrote in a press release earlier this year.
“I came away more centered, more grounded and more confident in myself than ever before – and I knew I wanted to create a multi-sensory experience that cultivates self-discovery and our connection with the natural world.”
