Kate Middleton is set to preside over her first royal engagement in June.
The Princess of Wales is on the list to review the The parade of color ceremony, an event held at Horse Guards Parade to honor King Charles' birthday, according to the official website of the British Army. This would be his first official appearance since his surgery in January.
More than 1,400 British Army soldiers are expected to take part in the review, which is almost identical to the event planned the following weekend for His Majesty.

The British Army featured on its website an image of the Princess of Wales at a 2023 St. Patrick's Day event as she inspected Irish guards while wearing a green costume with matching fascinator.
The palace did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital's request for comment.

Middleton has remained largely out of the public eye since December and is recovering from abdominal surgery in January.
The Princess of Wales was seen in the passenger seat of a vehicle driven by her mother, Carole, outside Windsor Castle on Monday.
Middleton's sighting marked the first time Kate had been seen in public in 70 days. His last public appearance was at a church service with his family at Christmas.
Kensington Palace announced on January 17 that Middleton had been hospitalized for planned abdominal surgery and would not be able to return to public office until after Easter.

On Thursday, a spokesperson for Kensington Palacewho looks after the household of the Prince and Princess of Wales, told Fox News Digital: “Kensington Palace made clear in January the timetable for the Princess's recovery and we would only provide meaningful updates . January guidance indicates that the Princess would be convalescing at home in Windsor.”
The spokesperson reaffirmed that the princess “is doing well.”

In January, the palace announced: “Her Royal Highness The Princess of Wales was admitted to the London Clinic yesterday for planned abdominal surgery.
“The operation was successful and she is expected to remain in hospital for ten to fourteen days, before returning home to continue her recovery.”
The London Clinic welcomed another royal patient in January, with King Charles III receiving medical treatment for a 'remedial procedure' for a enlarged prostate. The palace later announced that his operation had been a success.
“Her Majesty is doing quite well,” a royal source told Fox News Digital. Two weeks later, Charles, who ascended the throne following the death of his mother, Queen Elizabeth IIrevealed a cancer diagnosis.
A source confirmed to Fox News Digital that Prince Harry and his father, King Charles, spoke about his cancer diagnosis before going public with his health problems. Charles received “doctors who advised him to postpone his obligations to the public” while undergoing a series of “regular treatments”, according to a palace statement. It is unclear what cancer diagnosis he received.
