Instagram Stories are not reserved for Brazilian users on the evening of October, 03/04, a few hours after WhatsApp, they also went through a section. As you know, the platforms belonging to the Meta conglomerate, of Mark Zuckerberg.
The Instagram bug also impacts content production on social media. The app for Android gives a notice that you are logged in when the user attempts to post Stories. And the Instagram version for iPhone (iOS) eternally tries to post photos/videos for 24 hours.
We do not know the motive for the forgery.
