Red carpet arrivals at the 2024 Billboard Women in Music Awards

Music industry stars arrived on Red carpet Wednesday in Los Angeles to attend the Billboard Women in Music Awards.

Hosted by Tracee Ellis Rossthis year's event saw Katy Perry Sporting blazing red in her two-piece ensemble, Ellie Goulding channels ethereal elegance and more.

Katy Perry

Katy Perry wore a bright red corset top with peplum detailing and a matching fitted skirt by Ellie Misner. Her black wedge heels were vintage Vivienne Westwood. Her hair was styled by Tatiana Waterford, makeup by Michael Anthony and hair style by Rick Henry.

Tracee Ellis Ross

Tracee Ellis Ross donned a colorful cutout dress, featuring hues of black, red, gray and white. Ross accessorized with drop earrings, a bold bracelet and rings.

Maren Morris

Maren Morris crafted a Tory Burch dress from the fall 2023 collection with a structured bodice and corset details. The country singer was styled by Dani Michelle.

Ellie Goulding

Ellie Goulding wore this ethereal white strapless dress by Gaurav Gupta. She accessorized with silver rings and earrings, which complemented the intricate details of her dress's bodice.

Karol G.

Karol G wore this dazzling Zuhair Murad dress from the spring 2024 couture collection. The dress featured draping, cutouts and a collar.

First presented in 2007, the Billboard Women in Music Awards spotlight women working in the music industry and the significant contributions they have made to the business as it has evolved over time. Each year, the awards ceremony recognizes a Woman of the Year. Past recipients include Reba McEntire (2007), Beyoncé (2009), Lady Gaga (2015), SZA (2023), and this year's recipient Karol G. In 2019, Taylor Swift received the inaugural Woman of the Decade award.
