Xiaomi announced in a quarter of a week (10) the Redmi Turbo 3, a new cellular intermediary from its Redmi brand. The model is equipped with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC, a variant of the SD 8 Gen 3 released by Qualcomm outdoors. The new processor, with a frequency of at least 3.2 GHz, is intended for smartphones in the intermediate segment which approaches the tops of the line.
The Redmi Turbo 3 can be considered a flagship cell phone killer, used for smartphones that have a lower price than high-end devices, but it also offers high performance.
Besides the SoC of its cores, the Redmi Turbo 3 also has two RAM memory options: 12 GB or 16 GB. The model is sold in four configurations:
- 12 GB of RAM + 256 GB of weaponry
- 12 GB of RAM + 512 GB of weaponry
- 16 GB of RAM + 512 GB of weaponry
- 16 GB of RAM + 1 TB of weaponry
Redmi Turbo 3 with 50 MP camera
The Redmi Turbo 3 is equipped with a dual camera array. The main sensor is a Sony LYT-600, with 50 MP resolution. An ultra slow traseira is an ultra-wide of 8 MP. A front camera, located in a furo na tela, has 20 MP.
The smartphone has a special Harry Potter limited edition, which extends the Hogwarts arm into space, details on the camera area and a combination of two hearts.
The phone has a size of 6.67 inches and uses an AMOLED display. Taxa display refresh rate of 120 Hz and maximum display of 2,400 nits. The digital file reader located on the phone was included.
Following the receipt of Chinese mobile phones, a Xiaomi equips the smartphone with support for fast charging of around 90 W. The Redmi Turbo 3 has a 5,000 mAh battery. The cell phone is factory with HyperOS, Xiaomi interface based on Android 14.
Pricing and availability
The device values cost 1,999 yuan (R$ 1,404) for the 12 GB + 256 GB model, but it costs 2,799 yuan (R$ 1,967) for the 16 GB + 1 TB version. It was not expected that Xiaomi will launch this smartphone here — which could become the Poco F6 in other countries. Today, it can be acquired in electronic stores.
