Sydney Sweeney Mocks Glen Powell Affair Rumors During 'SNL' Opening Monologue

Sydney Sweeney refuses to let critics have the last word.

The 'Euphoria' star mocked rumors of an affair between her and Glen Powell during his opening monologue on “Saturday Night Live” while addressing “some things” she saw about herself online.

“The craziest rumor I heard was that while filming 'Anyone But You,' I was having an affair with my co-star Glen Powell,” she said with a laugh. “This is obviously not true. Me and my fiancé (Jonathan Davino) produced the film together and he was present during the entire shoot.

“And I just want everyone to know that he is the man of my dreams and that we are still together and stronger than ever. He even came here tonight to support me.

The camera then cut to Powell, 35, who was sitting among audience members and had a stunned look when the camera turned to him.

“He’s not my fiancé!” the actress joked. “He’s in my dressing room and we have a great show for you tonight!”
