Traitors The season crowned its winner tonight Peacock after a season of murder, betrayal and banishment.
Entering the final, the Faithful had discovered The Real Housewives of Atlanta Star Phaedra Parks is a traitor, leaving Kate Chastain as the season's final traitor.
The remaining Faithful on the season finale included Shereé Whitfield, Sandra Diaz-Twine, Mercedes “MJ” Javid, Trishella Cannatella and Chris “CT” Tamburello.
In the finale, it was up to the Faithful to continue discovering the traitors, without knowing how many were left in the game. With Chastain being the latest traitor in the game, she had one last murder to commit and opted for fellow Bravo girl Whitfield because she thought it would clear suspicion from her.
However, the remaining faithful kept a phrase Chastain said during Parks' banishment, which left her on everyone's radar. Chastain criticized Parks for being “selfish” and it was enough to raise suspicions that the Under the bridge former student worked with the Married to medicine star.
The remaining faithful had one last chance to add more money to the pot in a treasure hunt accumulating $208,100 for the winner(s) of the game.
During the final roundtable, the remaining contestants thought Diaz-Twine was a traitor and banned her from the game.
MJ, CT, Chastain, and Cannatella were the finalists, but before the game ended, they had the chance to vote someone out if they thought there was still a traitor among them. MJ, CT, and Cannatella banded together to ban Chastain from the game, uncovering the game's latest traitor.
There were only three players left and they were all loyalists and if the game ended there all three could share the grand prize. However, CT and Cannatella, both The challenge fame, believed that there was one more traitor left. CT voted for MJ as a traitor and Cannatella voted for CT, while MJ voted for Cannatella.
With votes tied, the remaining players had to vote once more, with CT voting for MJ again, MJ voting for Cannatella, and Cannatella changing her vote to MJ and banning the Sunset Shahs star prohibiting him from accessing the prize fund.
CT and Cannatella eventually revealed that they were loyal and would now share the prize as season 2 winners.
