resume
  • The inclusion of Value Added Services (VAS) in our telecommunications plans may lose your tax advantage thanks to the tax reform, which precedes the unification of ICMS, ISS, IPI, PIS and Cofins taxes in a new dual IVA.
  • Currently, as operators, such as Claro, Oi, TIM and Vivo, use VAS as a tax strategy, these services being dependent on minor shares of telecommunications services.
  • With the reform, both VAS and telecommunications services will be dependent on the same form, or this may result in a reduction in the excessive inclusion of applications and services in our operator plans.
