Kent became a mother for the first time almost three years ago when she and her ex-fiancé, Randall Emmett, welcomed a baby girl.
A month after giving birth, Kent revealed on social media that she had a difficult pregnancy that involved a health issue.
“At 6 weeks I started bleeding. I went to the emergency room, already knowing what they could tell me,” she wrote in a 2021 Instagram Story.
“They took me into the room for an ultrasound and I laid there quietly… I started sobbing and kindly asked how I was supposed to know what was happening. (The nurse) remained silent, then turned on the monitor, and for the first time I heard the crackle of my baby's heartbeat. “Your baby is still here.”
“For the next 3 weeks I continued to bleed randomly and each time I called my obstetrician and was beside myself. Although bleeding during pregnancy is not normal, it is common. My bleeding was the result of a clot. I was put to bed until it was gone,” she continued.

She also talked about wanting a sibling for Ocean during the “Vanderpump Rules” Season 11 premiere in January.
“That’s the plan.” she told BravoTV.com at the time.
“And I think ('Vanderpump Rules') viewers will see another reason why I'm trying to practice a softer side because it's something I'm actively thinking about doing and taking the next step… Ocean's (almost) three, I'd like that They are close in age. She deserves a brother or sister. So yeah, that’s in the cards for me.
The same month, Kent also revealed that she wanted to use a sperm donor to get pregnant.
In an interview with Cosmopolitan, Kent said: “We have all our ducks in a row. The donor is secure, which I'm very excited about.
“It took a long time to find the donor because, you know, it's strange… It's like you're looking for your partner but only to have a child, so there's a lot to do,” she said. she added.
“But as soon as I found this donor, he spoke to me. He felt like my baby daddy. So that's where we are. As soon as I can move forward with the IUI, then we will be there.
