Barbara Corcoran says Kylie and Travis need to be realistic about mansion woes

Barbara Corcorangives practical advice for Kylie Jenner And Travis Scott because of their desperate attempts to get rid of their ultra-posh Beverly Hills mansion.

We brought the “Shark Tank” star out to Los Angeles earlier this week…she tells us the exes cutting the price from $21.9 million to less than $18 million isn't enough, and that They simply need to be realistic about asking a price.

BC also weighs in on Travis' other property, located at the top a huge crack in a Brentwood hillside caused by recent record-breaking storms.

A precarious situation, to be sure, but Barbara says there's nothing to worry about.

Having purchased a few beachfront properties herself, Barbara says she has seen other beachfront property owners see their cushions washed away…so, for her, a crack in the land n It's not a big deal or a bad investment, especially if Travis uses the property wisely.
