Some companies take monitors, Televisions Or AI-powered laptops has THESE. Others bring a toilet seat that you can talk to. Kohler, the 151-year-old bathroom fixture company, will introduce the PureWash E930 bidet seat in Las Vegas next week. The accessory fits most elongated toilets, transforming your stupid box into a smart toilet powered by Alexa or Google Assistant.

Kohler says the PureWash E930 bidet seat “brings you the freshness of personal cleaning in a slim, discreet design.” At $2,149, it's not cheap, but it could save you money (and installation hassle) compared to fully intelligent toilet. (Kohler has models priced between $8,000 and $10,000.)

The PureWash E930 opens and closes its lid hands-free when it detects movement. It has a self-cleaning mode thanks to its integrated UV light. Thanks to Alexa or Google Home, you can control the smart seat hands-free (this is no small luxury with bathroom equipment). Amazon and Google voice assistants can activate the bidet spray, hot air dryer and UV cleaning at your request.

The accessory, which supports front and rear wash modes, has a heated seat and a remote control with two programmable presets. The bidet automatically fogs the toilet bowl before use “for more effective rinsing while flushing.” Its temperature and water pressure are adjustable and you can choose between oscillating or pulsating jets.

A boost spray mode (rear only) will automatically increase the hose from your rear end to the maximum pressure setting. There's also a kid's mode, which offers a “gentle, gentle wash” for little ones. When it's time to dry, it includes a hot air system with adjustable temperature settings.

The seat has LED lighting to turn your toilet into a night light. It even includes Kohler's “Quiet-Close” technology that prevents the seat from slamming. The seat has a quick release feature, making it easy to remove for thorough cleaning.

The PureWash E930 is available to order now (in white) from The Kohler website. A black color will be available at the end of February.
