Michelle Yeoh celebrates becoming a grandmother | Entertainment

Michelle Yeoh has much to celebrate as the new year begins.

The Oscar winner, 61 years old, went to Instagram on January 2 to share that she and her husband, Jean Todtare now grandparents.

“A small miracle on the first day of 2024,” she captioned a photo of her hand holding a newborn's foot. “We are truly blessed…I can’t tell you how happy I am for this very, very special bundle of joy.”

Yeoh later revealed that the child belonged to his stepson Nicolas Todt. Next to a photo of her and her husband kissingYeoh wrote: “Thank you my darling Nicolas and Darine for making us the happiest and proudest grandparents!! Welcome baby Maxim“.

Nicolas Todt also shared the news with his Instagram Tuesday, noting that “mother and son are doing great and we couldn't have started the year better!”

Yeoh and Jean Todt got married in July after a 19-year engagement. The couple, who first met in June 2004, were married in Geneva.
