Noor Alfallah spoke candidly about being diagnosed with a life-threatening complication when she pregnant with her and Al Pacino's son.
Shortly before to give birth in Roman in June 2023, Alfallah was diagnosed with HELLP syndrome, which causes elevated liver enzymes sometimes leading to seizures, by Medline Plus.
“When I think about it now, I wish I could have enjoyed my pregnancy more,” she said. during an interview with Vogue Arabia published Monday.
She further remembers the magnesium bags she was hooked up to and the inability to be alone with her newborn in case she had a seizure.
Despite the setbacks, parenting Pacino, 83, has been “better” than Alfallah “could have ever imagined.”

Both are still so strong although the film producer and her boyfriend went to court to get custody of their son – they were both was granted joint legal custody in October 2023.
Alfallah was given primary physical custody of Roman, and the “Scarface” star was ordered to pay more than $30,000 per month in child support.
Following the court ruling, the Sony producer and Pacino were only seen together last month, when paparazzi I saw them at dinner in Beverly Hills, California.
The actor also shares daughter Julie, 34, with ex-girlfriend Jan Tarrant, and twins Anton and Olivia, 23, with ex Beverly D'Angelo.
