Robert C. “Bob” Cash

Robert C. “Bob” Cash, 68, of Fredonia, New York, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, December 28, 2023.

Bob was born January 5, 1955 in Dunkirk, son of the late Joseph and Lucille Dickinson Cash. Raised in Fredonia, Bob was a graduate of Fredonia High, Class of 1973, where he was a member of the 1972 championship basketball team. He worked for the Village of Fredonia at the Processing Plant for over 20 years. fresh water reservoir, from which he retired.

Bob was a lifelong fan of the Buffalo Bills and New York Yankees. He was a member of the Fredonia Beaver Club.

He is survived by 2 brothers: David (Kim) Cash, of Fredonia, and Jeff (Arlene) Cash, of Connecticut; also 3 nephews and 1 niece, including Ben and Alex of Connecticut and Marissa and Matthew Cash of Fredonia. Besides his parents, Bob is predeceased by his brother, Joseph Cash and his pet dog, Harley.

Calling hours were held Tuesday, January 2, 2024 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the LARSON-TIMKO Funeral Home, 20 Central Avenue, Fredonia, where a funeral service followed at 11 a.m. Burial was in Glenwood Cemetery, Silver Creek, New York. Online condolences may be made at larsontimkofuneralhome.com
