While developing their confidence and character skills during this journey, each student completed several individual challenges including weapons training, ground defense training, physical conditioning, defensive and offensive training melee, as well as many other techniques and aspects of martial arts. They have shown great improvement in their growth and commitment to the Family Martial Arts Center.
